Return, Exchange and Warranty Policies
Exchanges and warranty claims are subject to Nook Repairs’ discretion. Proof of purchase and ID may be required for any exchanges and store credit.
Second Hand Policies
Consoles & Controllers
All consoles and controllers are refurbished in house. Refurbished electronics are warrantied for 10 days, the warranty covers repair, exchange or store credit.
The Nook Shoppe does not offer refunds at this time.
Games
All open boxed games valued over $20 are covered under a 10 day warranty, this covers 1
resurfacing, exchange, or store credit.
New Product Policies
Consoles & Controllers
All new consoles and controllers are warrantied for 10 days for factory defects. Unopened items may be returned for store credit or exchange. The Nook Shoppe does not offer refunds. Any returns after the 10 day window may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additional coverage may be purchased within the 10 day warranty period for repairs offered at Nook Repairs.
Games

Pre-Order Policies
Nook Repairs is so excited to offer pre-orders on games! We will do our best to get games in on release day, however some games will come in late due to some companies delays for small businesses.
Pre-orders must be paid in full and orders are due 1 week before release day. If you choose to cancel your order you will not be refunded but will be given a store credit for the full amount to be spent on other items or repairs.
Repairs
“All services and repairs are guaranteed for 10 days from the completion date of the Service Order. If it is later found that the service or repair was incorrectly diagnosed by the technician, Nook Repairs will perform the repair/service free of any labor charge. The Client is responsible for the cost of any parts required.”
